Maari directed by Balaji Mohan featured Dhanush and Kajal Agarwal as the leads. It had good expectations especially when an actor of the caliber like Dhanush and a good name earned director like Balaji Mohan came together. People expected sparks to fly but sadly, the film did not satisfy the expectations, but just about satisfied Dhanush's fans.
